Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
Side view — the last 1,031 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,031 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 50 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the aircraft landing score of 83.3% indicates a solid performance, with room for improvement in certain areas.
Starting with the Approach Phase, it is noted that the descent path was below the glideslope limit. This suggests a need for better coordination and precision during the descent to ensure that the aircraft is on the correct path for landing. Additionally, the speed was slightly below target, indicating potential adjustments needed to meet speed requirements in the future.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, it is clear that there were some challenges. The threshold height was excessively below target, suggesting the need for more accurate altitude control during the final approach. Additionally, the landing flare was very poor, which can impact the smoothness and control of the landing. Developing better techniques for the landing flare will be beneficial for future landings.
In the Touchdown Phase, there were both strengths and areas for improvement. While the touchdown rate was hard, indicating a need for smoother landings, the speed was on target, showing good control in that aspect. The touchdown distance inside the touchdown zone and the runway touchdown position being 2.4m from the centerline demonstrate good accuracy in those areas.
Lastly, the Rollout Phase showed strong performance with very good runway alignment. This indicates good control and proficiency in maintaining the aircraft's position on the runway during the rollout.
Overall, while there are areas identified for improvement, it is important to acknowledge the strengths displayed in certain phases of the landing. By focusing on refining techniques and maintaining consistency in performance, there is great potential for achieving even higher scores in future landings. Keep up the good work and continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of aircraft operations.
