Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,621 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,621 ft of the 10,019 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,641 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 17 minutes and covered a distance of 4 nautical miles. The aircraft, a FNX320_TCACFM, then departed from runway 08L at Miami International Airport (KMIA). The takeoff distance was 3,975 feet, which accounted for 46% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 140 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 75°F and winds of 4 knots at 120°. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the headwind was 4 knots. After departing from KMIA, the enroute climb started approximately 1 mile southwest of Brownsville, Florida. The aircraft climbed from an altitude of 1,054 feet above sea level to 32,696 feet above sea level, an increase of 31,642 feet, in 18 minutes and covering a distance of 92 nautical miles.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 3 miles southeast of the Last Chance Ranch Airport (3FD0) in Lake Placid, Florida. This phase lasted for 25 minutes and covered a distance of 176 nautical miles. The enroute descent then began 11 miles south of Cross City, Florida, where the aircraft descended from 33,230 feet above sea level to 1,359 feet above sea level, a decrease of 31,871 feet, in 41 minutes and covering a distance of 148 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 16 at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (KECP) was made from the north, heading 159.0° at an altitude of 1,278 feet above ground level and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway. The landing was made on runway 16, which had a length of 10,019 feet. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was 139 knots. The touchdown point was 285 feet beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was 135 knots, which was considered good. The touchdown rate was firm at -312 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, which took 4 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 427 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 102 minutes. The aircraft used 8,833 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The aircraft, FNX320_TCACFM, successfully landed at KECP Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in its approach and landing procedures. The final approach was initiated from the north, heading 159.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,278 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft's performance during the landing was impressive, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 139 knots, which is within the acceptable range. The touchdown point was 285 feet beyond the touchdown zone, indicating a slight overshoot, but the touchdown speed of 135 knots was still within the acceptable limits. The touchdown rate of -312 feet per minute (fpm) was firm, suggesting a controlled descent.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of 65°F and a gentle wind of 2 knots from 190°. The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 2 knots, which helped to stabilize the aircraft during the approach.
The total landing distance of 5,365 feet was 54% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing distance. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the aircraft was well under control during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing performance of FNX320_TCACFM was excellent, with a score of 97.7%.
