Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,696 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,696 m of the 3,409 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 678 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 777F, then departed from runway 25C at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF). The takeoff distance was 1,916 meters, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 194 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 3°C and a wind speed of 2 knots at 260°. The crosswind was negligible, and the headwind was 2 knots. The enroute climb started approximately 1 mile south of Kelsterbach, Hessen, Germany, where the aircraft climbed from 1,337 feet above sea level to 29,450 feet above sea level, an increase of 28,113 feet in 17 minutes, covering a distance of 110 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 2 miles northeast of Wolferstadt, Bavaria, Germany, and lasted for 81 minutes, covering a distance of 673 nautical miles. The aircraft then started another enroute climb 2 miles south of Ciolpani, Ilfov, Romania, where it climbed from 30,251 feet above sea level to 31,417 feet above sea level, an increase of 1,167 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 17 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise resumed 3 miles west of Dragoesti, Ialomita, Romania, and lasted for 196 minutes, covering a distance of 1,556 nautical miles. The aircraft then started another enroute climb 26 miles northeast of Gazojak, Lebap, Turkmenistan, where it climbed from 31,145 feet above sea level to 33,166 feet above sea level, an increase of 2,020 feet in 4 minutes, covering a distance of 40 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise continued 48 miles southwest of Uchkuduk, Navoiy Region, Uzbekistan, and lasted for 188 minutes, covering a distance of 1,616 nautical miles. The aircraft then started another enroute climb 5 miles north of Jiuquan, Gansu Sheng, China, where it climbed from 34,049 feet above sea level to 35,285 feet above sea level, an increase of 1,236 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 19 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise resumed 15 miles north of Qingshui Air Base, Gansu Sheng, China, and lasted for 136 minutes, covering a distance of 1,113 nautical miles. The enroute descent started 14 miles northeast of Licheng, Jiangsu Sheng, China, where the aircraft descended from 35,220 feet above sea level to 15,658 feet above sea level, a decrease of 19,561 feet in 11 minutes, covering a distance of 92 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began again 4 miles southwest of Shanghai Dachang Air Base, Shanghai Shi, China, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 12 nautical miles. The enroute descent resumed 4 miles south of Yangpu Airport, Shanghai Shi, China, where the aircraft descended from 15,236 feet above sea level to 1,374 feet above sea level, a decrease of 13,862 feet in 14 minutes, covering a distance of 17 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 35L at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (ZSPD) began from the south, heading 342.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,339 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 35L was successful,
The Boeing 777F aircraft successfully landed at ZSPD Shanghai Pudong International Airport, achieving a high score of 96.0%. The final approach to runway 35L was conducted from the south, with the aircraft heading 342.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,339 feet above ground level (agl).
The landing was executed smoothly, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 139 knots. The touchdown point was 259 meters beyond the touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The touchdown speed of 135 knots was also within the acceptable range, indicating a controlled descent. The touchdown rate of -135 feet per minute (fpm) was smooth, suggesting a well-executed landing.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 12°C and a wind speed of 5 knots from a direction of 260°. This resulted in a crosswind of 5 knots and a headwind of 1 knot, which did not significantly impact the landing. The runway length of 3,409 meters was sufficient to accommodate the aircraft's landing distance.
The total landing distance of 1,612 meters was 47% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the aircraft's brakes were applied smoothly and effectively. Overall, the landing was executed well, with a high score and minimal deviations from the desired parameters.
