Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,871 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,871 m of the 3,588 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 957 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
First of all, congratulations on completing the aircraft landing with a score of 83.5%! While there were some areas that could be improved upon, it is important to acknowledge the positive aspects of your performance as well.
In the Approach Phase, it is noted that the descent path was above the glideslope limit and the speed was slightly above target. To improve this phase, focus on maintaining a stable descent path and keeping the speed within the desired range. By practicing these fundamentals, you can make significant improvements in your approach to landings.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, it is important to address the fact that the threshold height was above target and the landing flare was poor. Work on improving your flare technique to ensure a smoother touchdown. Additionally, aim to hit the touchdown point within the designated zone to enhance the accuracy of your landings.
In the Touchdown Phase, it is noted that the touchdown rate was hard and the speed was slightly above target. Try to focus on achieving a smoother touchdown and adjusting your speed accordingly. Additionally, be mindful of tailwind conditions, as landing with a tailwind of 3 knots can affect the stability of the aircraft.
Lastly, in the Rollout Phase, it is commendable that the runway alignment was very good. Maintaining proper alignment during the rollout phase is crucial for a safe and efficient landing.
Overall, while there are areas that require improvement, it is evident that you have the potential to excel in aircraft landings with practice and dedication. Keep up the good work and continue to strive for excellence in all phases of the landing process. Remember, each landing is an opportunity for growth and learning, so keep pushing yourself to become a more proficient pilot. Good luck on your future landings!
