Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,665 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,665 m of the 4,001 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 495 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took approximately 3 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 777-300, then departed from runway 27 at Zvartnots International Airport (UDYZ) in Armenia. The takeoff distance was 997 meters, which is 25% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 162 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 1°C, with no wind at 90°. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead Arevashat in Armenia, and climbed from 3,865 feet above sea level to 38,175 feet above sea level, an increase of 34,311 feet in 15 minutes, covering a distance of 108 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 8 miles west of Horasan in Turkey and lasted for 103 minutes, covering a distance of 725 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 37 miles north of Kafr ash Shaykh in Egypt, and descended from 37,085 feet above sea level to 1,656 feet above sea level, a decrease of 35,430 feet in 22 minutes, covering a distance of 95 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 23C at Cairo International Airport (HECA) was made from the northeast, heading 229.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,302 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 23C, which has a length of 4,001 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also good at 142 knots. However, the touchdown point was 80 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was a little fast at 135 knots. The touchdown rate was smooth at -146 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.3 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 14°C, with a wind of 2 knots at 269°. The crosswind and headwind were both 2 knots. The total landing distance was 1,585 meters, which is 40% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took approximately 7 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 937 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 152 minutes. The aircraft used 17,504 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777-300 aircraft successfully landed at Cairo International Airport's runway 23C, achieving a score of 97.4%. The final approach was initiated from the north-east, heading 229.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,302 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft's approach speed and threshold height were well within the acceptable parameters, with a threshold speed of 142 knots.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft landed 80 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is slightly outside the recommended area. However, the touchdown speed of 135 knots was a bit faster than ideal, indicating that the pilots may have needed to apply more braking force to bring the aircraft to a stop. The touchdown rate of -146 feet per minute (fpm) was smooth, indicating a controlled descent.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 5.3 meters, which may have been due to a slight deviation in the pilots' alignment during the final approach. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 14°C and a light wind of 2 knots from 269°, resulting in a negligible crosswind and headwind component.
The total landing distance of 1,585 meters was 40% of the available runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was excellent, indicating that the pilots maintained good control of the aircraft during the braking phase. Overall, the landing was successful, but there is room for improvement in terms of touchdown speed and alignment.
