MY FS FLIGHTS
Flight Score
Improve the touchdown
There are several things that can go wrong during the flare, carrying too much speed over the threshold, starting the flare at the wrong height and inconsistent flight control inputs, all contribute to a poor flare resulting in a hard touchdown or a float down the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The Boeing 777-300ER taxied from the parking area to runway 15L at OKKK Kuwait International, a movement that lasted 6 minutes and covered 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 15L the aircraft used 8,880 ft of runway, representing 78 % of the available length, and lifted off at 190 kt. Ambient conditions were 96 °F with a wind of 2 kt from 240°, a cross-wind component of 1 kt and no head-wind.
The initial climb began 2 nm south-east of OKKK, climbing from 1,195 ft asl to 32,959 ft asl - an increase of 31,764 ft - over 19 minutes while covering 134 nm.
Level cruise commenced 57 nm north of OEAA Abu Ali Airport and continued for 82 minutes, during which 724 nm were flown.
A second climb started 33 nm south of Gwadar, raising the aircraft from 33,324 ft asl to 35,008 ft asl - a gain of 1,684 ft - in 4 minutes and spanning 34 nm.
The subsequent cruise segment began 46 nm south-east of Gwadar and lasted 197 minutes, covering 1,728 nm.
A third climb was initiated 23 nm north of VYGG Gangaw Airport, increasing altitude from 34,994 ft asl to 36,989 ft asl - a rise of 1,995 ft - in 4 minutes over 32 nm.
Cruise then continued 29 nm north-west of VYMY Monywar Airport for 117 minutes, during which 964 nm were traversed.
Descent began 22 nm north-west of Yunfu, descending from 36,989 ft asl to 1,186 ft asl - a loss of 35,803 ft - in 15 minutes and covering 95 nm.
Final approach to runway 02R at ZGGG Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport reduced altitude from 1,179 ft agl to 40 ft agl in 80 seconds, with the aircraft scoring on the stabilisation gates.
Landing on runway 02R was executed with a threshold speed of 149 kt; touchdown occurred 456 ft beyond the touchdown zone at 140 kt and a vertical speed of minus 104 fpm. The total landing distance was 6,622 ft, representing 65 % of the runway, and the touchdown point was laterally displaced 1,297 ft from the centreline.
Runway rollout remained misaligned by 1,297 ft from the centreline, consistent with the touchdown deviation.
After landing, the aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 5 minutes, covering a further 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 3,718 nm, required 452 minutes of airborne time, and consumed 138,213 lb of fuel.
The Boeing 777-300ER approached runway 02R at ZGGG Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport with an unstable assessment at the 1,000 ft gate, being off the centreline and more than 20 kt above VREF. The final approach descended from 1,179 ft agl to 40 ft agl in 80 seconds and was scored on the stabilisation gates.
During the threshold and flare phase the runway length of 10,148 ft provided a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was good at 149 kt.
Touchdown occurred 456 ft beyond the touchdown zone with a good speed of 140 kt and a smooth touchdown rate of minus 104 fpm. The runway touchdown position was excessively misaligned by 1,297 ft from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 6,622 ft, representing 65 % of the runway. Local weather was 77 °F with a wind of 4 kt from 10°, a headwind component of 4 kt and no crosswind.
Rollout alignment remained excessively misaligned by 1,297 ft from the centreline.
Coaching should concentrate on maintaining centreline alignment and controlling speed to achieve a stabilized approach, which will help convert the 77.1 % score into a higher performance.
