Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 2,041 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,041 m of the 3,342 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 712 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, I must commend the pilot for achieving a remarkable aircraft landing score of 96.2%! It is evident that a high level of skill and precision was exhibited throughout the landing phases.
The Approach Phase was particularly impressive with excellent glideslope alignment. This indicates that the pilot maintained a steady descent towards the runway, ensuring a smooth transition into the Landing Phase. The Landing Phase, although having a good threshold height, did exhibit a slight flaw in the landing flare. However, this can easily be rectified with further practice and attention to detail.
Moving on to the Touchdown Phase, the pilot showcased their proficiency with a smooth touchdown rate and on-target speed. Despite the slight overshoot of the touchdown point, the runway touchdown position was very good, indicating a strong sense of spatial awareness.
Finally, the Rollout Phase demonstrated excellent runway alignment, further highlighting the pilot's ability to maintain control and precision during the landing process.
Overall, this landing performance is highly commendable and serves as a testament to the skill and expertise of the pilot. With a slight improvement in the landing flare, this already impressive score could potentially reach even greater heights. Keep up the fantastic work and continue striving for excellence in every landing!
