Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,623 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,623 m of the 2,446 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 627 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 7 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-MAX8, then departed from runway 24 at EBCI Brussels South Charleroi Airport. The takeoff distance was 1,357 meters, which is 65% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 153 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 18°C and a wind speed of 3 knots at 209°. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the headwind was also 2 knots. After departing from Brussels, the aircraft began its enroute climb, which started overhead Jumet in Wallonia, Belgium. The climb took 16 minutes and covered 81 nautical miles, with the aircraft ascending from 1,544 feet above sea level to 35,546 feet above sea level, an increase of 34,001 feet.
Following the climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise, which started overhead Attichy in Hauts-de-France, France. This phase of the flight lasted 35 minutes and covered 249 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, which started 1 mile southwest of Massiac in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The descent took 25 minutes and covered 108 nautical miles, with the aircraft descending from 35,624 feet above sea level to 1,588 feet above sea level, a decrease of 34,035 feet.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its final approach to runway 36 at LFTW Nîmes-Arles-Camargue Airport from the south. The aircraft was heading 357.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,275 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 36, which has a length of 2,446 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also good at 145 knots.
The touchdown point was 215 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was 135 knots, which was good. The touchdown rate was excellent at -88 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 11.0 meters from the centreline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 22°C and a wind speed of 9 knots at 359°, with a crosswind of 0 knots and a headwind of 9 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,546 meters, which is 63% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 11.6 meters from the centreline. After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking from the runway, which took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 445 nautical miles, and the flight took 87 minutes. The aircraft used 2,972 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-MAX8 successfully landed at LFTW Nîmes-Arles-Camargue Airport, with a score of 92.9%. The aircraft approached the runway from the south, heading 357.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,275 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot maintained a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 145 knots.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft landed 215 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, with a speed of 135 knots. The touchdown rate was impressive, with an excellent rate of -88 feet per minute (fpm). However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 11.0 meters. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 22°C and a gentle headwind of 9 knots from 359°.
The total landing distance was 1,546 meters, which accounted for 63% of the runway length. Although the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 11.6 meters, the overall landing performance was satisfactory. The pilot's ability to maintain control and navigate the aircraft safely to the runway was evident, despite the minor deviations from the ideal landing parameters.
