Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with five checks, where the approach path is 305 m and 152 m above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,891 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 338 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 6 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-600, then departed from runway 26L at London Gatwick Airport (EGKK). The takeoff distance was 896 meters, which accounted for 36% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 146 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 12°C, with a wind speed of 20 knots blowing from the west (270°). The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 19 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead Charlwood in Surrey, England. During this climb, the aircraft ascended from 375 meters above sea level (asl) to 1,162 meters asl, an increase of 787 meters, in just 1 minute and covering 4 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started overhead Capel in Surrey, England, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering 5 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another climb, this time from 1,152 meters asl to 1,432 meters asl, an increase of 280.5 meters, in 2 minutes and covering 7 nautical miles. The climb started 1 mile west of Salfords in Surrey, England.
The aircraft continued its enroute climb, starting 1 mile south of Oxted in Surrey, England, and then began a level cruise phase, which lasted for 2 minutes and covered 8 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another significant climb, starting 1 mile south of Sevenoaks in Kent, England, and ascending from 1,460 meters asl to 11,391 meters asl, an increase of 9,930.9 meters, in 18 minutes and covering 122 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered a level cruise phase, which started overhead Dentergem in Flanders, Belgium, and lasted for 40 minutes, covering 319 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, starting overhead Niederschonenfeld in Bavaria, Germany, and descending from 11,470 meters asl to 1,079 meters asl, a decrease of 10,391.4 meters, in 22 minutes and covering 89 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 26 at Innsbruck Airport (LOWI) was made from the east, heading 259.0° at 4 nautical miles and 492.7 meters above ground level (agl). The landing was successful, with a touchdown distance of 337 meters and a touchdown speed of 112 knots. The touchdown rate was fair at -1.2 meters per second, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 6.5 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 10°C, with a wind speed of 10 knots blowing from the southwest (230°). The crosswind component was 5 knots, while the headwind component was 9 knots. The total landing distance was 1,222 meters, which accounted for 65% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 5 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 559 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 97 minutes. The aircraft used 3,507 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-600 aircraft successfully landed at Innsbruck Airport (LOWI) with a score of 97.2%. The final approach was conducted from the east, heading 259.0° at an altitude of 492.7 meters above ground level (agl) and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway. The aircraft maintained a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 118 knots.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft performed well, with a touchdown distance of 337 meters, which is within the acceptable range. The touchdown speed was also good at 112 knots. However, the touchdown rate was slightly below average at -1.2 meters per second, indicating a slightly longer deceleration period.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 6.5 meters from the centerline, which may require some adjustments during the landing roll. The local weather conditions were moderate, with a temperature of 10°C and a wind speed of 10 knots from 230°. The crosswind component was relatively low at 5 knots, while the headwind component was 9 knots, which helped to reduce the landing distance.
The total landing distance was 1,222 meters, which is 65% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, considering the aircraft's size and the runway length of 1,891 meters. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the landing roll and was able to align the aircraft with the runway centerline.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the pilot demonstrated good skills and control during the approach and landing phases. However, there is room for improvement in terms of touchdown rate and runway alignment.
