Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,295 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,295 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 177 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.

The aircraft in question, a M500, successfully landed at KHTO Town of East Hampton Airport, with a final approach score of 96.9%. The pilot navigated the aircraft towards runway 10 from the west, maintaining a heading of 89.0° at a distance of 3 nautical miles and an altitude of 823 feet above ground level.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 92 kt, which was considered good. However, the touchdown speed of 87 kt was slightly faster than ideal, resulting in a firm touchdown rate of -346 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was also slightly misaligned by 4.0 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 24°C and a gentle wind of 2 kt from 270°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind and a slight tailwind of 2 kt. The total landing distance of 418 meters was 32% of the runway length, which is considered acceptable.
One notable aspect of the landing was the runway rollout alignment, which was deemed very good. This indicates that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase, ensuring a smooth and stable transition from landing to taxiing. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the pilot demonstrating good control and adherence to standard procedures.
