Fixing the bounce
Fast at the threshold, normal flare, and the runway seems to refuse the aircraft. The instinctive fix - pushing it on - causes the next one. A fast aircraft forced onto the runway touches nosewheel-first or nearly so. The tell is a touchdown that feels soft followed by a bounce that steepens. Pilots fix the bounce recovery; the cause was the 10 knots at the threshold.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,524 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 95 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone.
The rest of the report
Overall, it sounds like there were some challenges during the aircraft landing, but there is always room for improvement.
What went well: - The distance was good during the touchdown phase - The aircraft was able to touch down safely despite some difficulties
What didn't go so well: - Speed was too high during the landing phase - The threshold height and landing flare were not ideal - The touchdown rate was heavy and there were multiple bounces - Runway alignment was off at multiple phases
Recommendations: - Work on reducing speed during the landing phase to ensure a smoother touchdown - Practice proper landing flare techniques to improve stability during the landing - Focus on improving runway alignment to avoid issues during various phases of the landing - Seek feedback and guidance from experienced pilots to help improve your approach and technique during landings
Remember, every landing is a learning opportunity, and with practice and focus on specific areas for improvement, you can enhance your skills and have more successful landings in the future. Keep up the hard work!
