Improve the touchdown
There are several things that can go wrong during the flare, carrying too much speed over the threshold, starting the flare at the wrong height and inconsistent flight control inputs, all contribute to a poor flare resulting in a hard touchdown or a float down the runway.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.

The rest of the report
The Airbus A320ceo taxied from its parking position to runway 07 at GCTS Tenerife Sur Airport, a movement that required 8 minutes and covered 2 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 07, the aircraft used 1,391 m of runway, representing 44 % of the available length, and lifted off at 162 kt; local weather reported a temperature of 33 °C, wind 8 kt from 109°, with a 5 kt cross-wind component and a 6 kt head-wind component.
Climb commenced overhead El Medano, rising from 1,192 ft asl to 33,994 ft asl - an altitude gain of 32,802 ft - over 23 minutes while covering 153 nm.
The first cruise segment began 8 miles north of Selvagem Grande and lasted 12 minutes, during which the aircraft travelled 90 nm.
Descent started 63 miles south-east of Canico, descending from 33,986 ft asl to 2,172 ft asl - a loss of 31,813 ft - in 13 minutes and covering 82 nm.
A brief cruise followed 4 miles south-east of LPMA Madeira International Airport, lasting 2 minutes and spanning 5 nm.
The second descent began 3 miles south-east of Canico, dropping from 1,741 ft asl to 386 ft asl - a decrease of 1,356 ft - in 2 minutes and covering 5 nm.
Final approach to runway 05 at LPMA Madeira International Airport was executed from the south-west on a heading of 47.0°, reaching 1 nm and 204 ft agl; the aircraft then descended from 678 ft agl to 22 ft agl in 68 seconds and was recorded as having scored on the stabilisation gates.
Landing on runway 05, which is 2,624 m long, occurred with a threshold speed of 135 kt; touchdown was achieved 16 m down the runway at 134 kt, with a heavy touchdown rate of minus 862 fpm and a lateral deviation of 7.3 m from the centreline; local conditions were 30 °C, wind 8 kt from 12°, with a 4 kt cross-wind and a 7 kt head-wind component.
In total, the flight covered 342 nm, lasted 58 minutes, and consumed 4,410 kg of fuel.
The Airbus A320ceo approached runway 05 at LPMA Madeira International Airport from the south-west on a heading of 47.0 ° at 1 nm and 204 ft agl, descending from 678 ft agl to 22 ft agl in 68 seconds and receiving a stabilisation-gate score.
During the final segment the aircraft encountered a good threshold height on a runway 2,624 m long, but the threshold speed was well above target at 135 kt.
Touchdown occurred 16 m beyond the threshold with a speed of 134 kt, described as fast, and a very heavy vertical rate of minus 862 fpm; the touchdown point was slightly misaligned by 7.3 m from the centreline.
To improve future performance, reduce the approach speed toward the target to lessen the heavy touchdown rate, and refine flare timing to achieve a smoother touchdown while maintaining the aim point near 300 m down the runway.
