Flight Score
Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,618 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,618 m of the 2,722 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 580 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 8 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, then departed from runway 24R at LEPA Palma de Mallorca Airport. The takeoff distance was 1,194 meters, which was 37% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 162 knots, and the local weather conditions were a temperature of 20°C, with a wind speed of 14 knots at 250°.
As the aircraft climbed out of Palma de Mallorca Airport, it began its enroute climb, which started 1 mile west of the airport. The climb took 19 minutes, during which the aircraft ascended from 1,054 feet above sea level to 33,030 feet above sea level, an increase of 31,976 feet. The distance covered during this climb was 104 nautical miles.
After reaching the cruising altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 5 miles south east of Cubelles, Spain. This phase lasted 11 minutes and covered a distance of 80 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, which started 6 miles north of Alas i Cerc, Spain. The descent took 2 minutes, during which the aircraft descended from 33,216 feet above sea level to 28,922 feet above sea level, a decrease of 4,293 feet. The distance covered during this descent was 9 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another climb phase, which started 8 miles south of Auzat, France. This climb took 2 minutes, during which the aircraft ascended from 28,716 feet above sea level to 30,620 feet above sea level, an increase of 1,903 feet. The distance covered during this climb was 12 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 4 miles south west of Saurat, France. This phase lasted 2 minutes and covered a distance of 12 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another climb phase, which started 2 miles south east of Sabarat, France. This climb took 2 minutes, during which the aircraft ascended from 29,998 feet above sea level to 30,623 feet above sea level, an increase of 625 feet. The distance covered during this climb was 15 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 2 miles east of Saint-Sulpice-sur-Leze, France. This phase lasted 2 minutes and covered a distance of 16 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another climb phase, which started overhead Colomiers, France. This climb took 4 minutes, during which the aircraft ascended from 30,874 feet above sea level to 33,338 feet above sea level, an increase of 2,464 feet. The distance covered during this climb was 35 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 1 mile south west of Cazes-Mondenard, France. This phase lasted 18 minutes and covered a distance of 301 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, which started overhead Foret-la-Folie, France. The descent took 11 minutes, during which the aircraft descended from 32,787 feet above sea level to 10,236 feet above sea level, a decrease of 22,551 feet. The distance covered during this descent was 95 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started overhead Rieulay, France. This phase lasted 4 minutes and covered a distance of 24 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, which started overhead EBCV Chièvres Air Base, Belgium. The descent took 9 minutes, during which
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at Brussels Airport (EBBR) on runway 19, achieving a score of 96.9%. The final approach was initiated from the north, heading 195.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles (nm) and an altitude of 1,230 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft's approach was characterized by a good threshold height, indicating a stable and controlled descent.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's threshold speed was slightly below the target speed of 130 knots (kn), which is a minor deviation but still within acceptable limits. The touchdown point was located 157 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The touchdown speed of 119 kn was within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate of -108 feet per minute (fpm) was smooth, indicating a controlled and gentle touchdown.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 6.2 meters from the centerline, which may require some adjustments during the rollout phase. However, the runway rollout alignment was ultimately very good, indicating that the aircraft's brakes and control surfaces were functioning properly.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 2°C and a wind speed of 9 kn from 150°. The crosswind component was 6 kn, while the headwind component was 7 kn. These conditions may have presented some challenges for the pilots, but they were able to manage the aircraft safely and successfully.
The total landing distance of 1,531 meters was 56% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. Overall, the landing was successful, and the aircraft was brought to a stop in a controlled and safe manner.
