Improve the touchdown
There are several things that can go wrong during the flare, carrying too much speed over the threshold, starting the flare at the wrong height and inconsistent flight control inputs, all contribute to a poor flare resulting in a hard touchdown or a float down the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The Boeing 777-300ER taxied from the parking area to runway 20L at ZGGG Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in 7 minutes, covering approximately 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 20L, the aircraft used 7,096 ft of runway, representing 70 % of the available length, and lifted off at 188 kt. Ambient conditions were a temperature of 98 °F, wind from 130° at 3 kt, with a 3 kt cross-wind component and a 1 kt head-wind component.
The initial climb began 2 nm south of ZGGG, climbing from 1,023 ft asl to 33,652 ft asl - an altitude gain of 32,629 ft - over 20 minutes while covering 140 nm.
The first cruise segment commenced 17 nm north-east of Yangchun, lasting 135 minutes and traversing 1,230 nm at level flight.
A secondary climb started 8 nm east of VGNA Nalchiti Airport, rising from 34,515 ft asl to 35,720 ft asl, a gain of 1,205 ft in 2 minutes and covering 14 nm.
The second cruise phase began 7 nm east of Bhandaria, continuing for 207 minutes and covering 1,761 nm at cruise altitude.
A third climb was initiated 15 nm north of Muscat, increasing altitude from 35,997 ft asl to 37,987 ft asl - a rise of 1,990 ft - in 3 minutes while progressing 26 nm.
The third cruise segment started 14 nm north of Barka', lasting 68 minutes and covering 524 nm.
Descent commenced 17 nm north-west of OEAA Abu Ali Airport, descending from 37,991 ft asl to 1,324 ft asl, a loss of 36,666 ft in 21 minutes and spanning 123 nm.
On final approach to runway 33L at OKKK Kuwait International, the aircraft descended from 1,216 ft agl to 87 ft agl in 89 seconds; the approach was recorded as scored on the stabilisation gates.
Landing on runway 33L, which is 11,109 ft long, the aircraft achieved a threshold speed of 145 kt, touched down after 814 ft with a speed of 142 kt, and recorded a firm touchdown rate of minus 378 fpm. The touchdown point was offset 38 ft from the centreline. Weather at the time was 106 °F with wind from 10° at 6 kt, a 3 kt cross-wind and a 5 kt head-wind component.
The total landing roll measured 5,760 ft, representing 52 % of the runway, and the rollout remained slightly misaligned by 38 ft from the centreline.
After landing, the aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 2 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 3,827 nm, required 470 minutes of flight time, and consumed 139,977 lb of fuel.
The Boeing 777-300ER executed a stabilised approach to runway 33L at OKKK Kuwait Intl, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits as assessed at the 1,000 ft gate. The aircraft descended from 1,216 ft agl to 87 ft agl in 89 seconds while operating in 106 °F temperature, a 6 kt wind from 10 °, with a 3 kt cross-wind component and a 5 kt head-wind.
At threshold the height was good and the threshold speed was good at 145 kt. The aircraft touched down 814 ft from the threshold, with a touchdown speed of 142 kt that was noted as a little fast, and a firm touchdown rate of minus 378 fpm. The touchdown point was misaligned by 38 ft from the centreline.
The touchdown phase confirmed the earlier figures: a distance of 814 ft from the threshold, speed of 142 kt, rate of minus 378 fpm and a lateral offset of 38 ft from the centreline.
During rollout the aircraft travelled a total landing distance of 5,760 ft, representing 52 % of the 11,109 ft runway, and the rollout alignment remained slightly misaligned by 38 ft from the centreline.
The score of 89.3 % reflects a solid performance; refining flare timing to reduce the touchdown speed and tightening the final alignment will further improve precision. Maintaining the current stabilised-approach discipline will keep the landing well within runway limits.
