Vance Brand Airport (KLMO) is a city-owned general aviation field three nautical miles southwest of downtown Longmont, Colorado, sitting at over a mile above sea level in Boulder County. Named for former NASA astronaut Vance Brand, it is one of the busier uncontrolled airports in the state, with a single hard-surfaced runway serving a mix of light singles, some twins, helicopters and ultralights. It offers straightforward VFR access to the Front Range corridor north of Denver.

The airport lies in Boulder County, Colorado, about three nautical miles southwest of downtown Longmont. It is an uncontrolled field, with pilots using the published CTAF to coordinate arrivals, departures and traffic pattern activity in the surrounding airspace.
Vance Brand Airport has one physical runway, 11/29, of hard (concrete) surface measuring 4,789 feet in length. The runway is lit for night operations. There is no ILS approach available.
Traffic at Vance Brand Airport is coordinated on the CTAF of 122.975 MHz, with pilots making calls as "Longmont Traffic". An AWOS is available on 120 MHz for automated weather information. There is no control tower at the field.
The airfield was originally opened on 28 October 1945 as Longmont Municipal Airport. It was renamed Vance Brand Airport in October 1988 in honour of the NASA astronaut of the same name. The airport has also historically carried the identifier AMR before being assigned its current FAA location identifier, LMO.
Vance Brand Airport is managed by the City of Longmont and remains a busy general aviation field, described by the city as one of the most popular airports of its kind in Colorado. It is open around the clock, seven days a week, in most weather conditions, and continues to support a substantial base of single-engine aircraft along with smaller numbers of multi-engine aircraft, jets, helicopters and ultralights.
