Runway 07/25 is the mid-length runway, recorded at 4,679 feet on the 07 threshold and 5,117 feet on the 25 threshold. Runway 03L/21R is the shortest, at 3,795 feet.
Lunken Tower operates on 118.7 MHz, which also serves as the CTAF. ATIS is broadcast on 120.25 MHz, Ground/Clearance Delivery on 121.9 MHz, and Approach/Departure on 121 MHz. Dayton Radio can be reached on 122.4 MHz, and UNICOM is available on 122.95 MHz. An ILS approach is available to runway 21L.
