Berck-sur-Mer Airfield (LFAM) is a small uncontrolled aerodrome on the Channel coast of northern France, close to the town of Berck-sur-Mer in the Hauts-de-France region. It offers a trio of short runways, including two parallel grass and hard-surfaced strips plus a short crosswind runway, making it a modest but useful stop for light aircraft and microlights flying the Côte d'Opale.
Berck-sur-Mer Airfield is a small general aviation field serving the coastal town of Berck-sur-Mer in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France. It sits at only 30 feet above mean sea level and offers three runways of modest length, none equipped with an instrument landing system, making it a field for VFR light aircraft, microlights and club flying rather than commercial or instrument traffic.
The airfield lies at coordinates 50.4231N, 1.5919E, at the town of Berck-sur-Mer on the English Channel coast of the Pas-de-Calais, within the Hauts-de-France region of France. It is an uncontrolled aerodrome offering only air-to-air radio communication rather than a staffed air traffic control service.
Berck-sur-Mer has three physical runways. Runway 06/24 is available in two parallel alignments: a grass runway (06R/24L) of 2,946 feet in the 06 direction and 2,456 feet in the 24 direction, and a hard-surfaced runway (06/24) of 1,794 feet in both directions. A shorter hard-surfaced crosswind runway, 15/33, measures 980 feet. The field has no ILS approach.
Berck-sur-Mer operates on an air-to-air self-announce frequency of 123.5 MHz; there is no air traffic control service and no published instrument approach or navaid at the field.
