Naha has two parallel hard-surfaced runways. The main runway, 18L/36R, is around 10,400 feet long, lit, and equipped with an ILS on the 36R end. The second parallel runway, 18R/36L, is about 9,810 feet long and carries ILS approaches on both ends.
Radio services include an Air-to-Ground frequency on 126.9 MHz, ATIS on 127.8 MHz, Clearance Delivery on 122.075 MHz, Ground on 121.8 MHz and Tower on 118.1 MHz. Instrument approaches are available, with ILS serving both runway 36R and both directions of the second runway, 18R/36L.
