MY FS FLIGHTS
Flight Score
Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,464 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 596 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight on the Boeing 737-800 began with a smooth taxi from the parking area to the runway at SUDU Santa Bernardina Intl, lasting 2 minutes and covering less than 1 nm. The departure roll on runway 03 was quick, with the aircraft taking off after covering 1,181 m, which was 52% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 147 kn, despite the local weather conditions of 35°C temperature and a 5 kn wind at 149°, providing a crosswind of 4 kn and a tailwind of 3 kn.
The enroute climb started over Durazno, Uruguay, as the plane ascended from 1,359 ft asl to 41,065 ft asl in 40 minutes, covering 258 nm. The climb was smooth and efficient, increasing the altitude by 39,706 ft. The enroute level cruise began 10 miles north of Tandil, Argentina, lasting 42 minutes and covering 902 nm. The flight continued smoothly until the enroute descent started 31 miles south of Puerto Santa Cruz, Argentina, with the aircraft descending from 40,778 ft asl to 1,844 ft asl in 13 minutes, covering a distance of 67 nm.
The landing on runway 25 at SAWG Norberto Fernandez was successful, with the touchdown occurring 595 m from the threshold at a speed of 127 kn and a VSI of -154 ft/m. The local weather at the time of landing was 10°C temperature with a 7 kn wind at 250°, resulting in a 2 kn crosswind and a 6 kn headwind. The total landing distance was 1,048 m, which was 30% of the runway.
Finally, the taxi from the runway to the parking area was quick, taking 1 minute and covering less than 1 nm. The total flight distance covered was 1,236 nm, which took 102 minutes and used 7,832 kg of fuel.
