Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,750 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 1,008 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the landing had some positive aspects such as good heading alignment and on-target speed during the approach phase. The touchdown phase also had some good points like landing with a 15 knot crosswind.
However, there were several areas that need improvement. The descent path during the approach phase was poor and went above the glideslope limit. The threshold height during the landing phase was excessively high and there was a very poor landing flare. Additionally, there was instability during the landing and the runway alignment was off in multiple phases.
To improve for future landings, I would recommend focusing on maintaining a stable descent path and flare during the landing phase. Also, paying close attention to runway alignment throughout all phases of the landing process will help to improve overall performance. Practicing touchdowns at various airspeeds and crosswind conditions can also help improve landing technique. Keep up the good work and continue practicing to perfect your landings!
