Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The aircraft taxied from the parking area to runway 20R at VTBS Suvarnabhumi Airport in 13 minutes, covering a distance of 2 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 20R, the takeoff run measured 9,578 ft, representing 70 % of the available runway, and the aircraft lifted off at 191 kt. Ambient conditions were a temperature of 92 °F with a wind of 4 kt from 210°, a cross-wind component of 1 kt and a head-wind component of 3 kt.
The initial climb commenced 2 mi south-west of VTBS, climbing from 950 ft asl to 33,977 ft asl, an altitude gain of 33,027 ft achieved in 19 minutes while covering 131 nm.
Level cruise began 32 mi north-west of Bo Phloi and continued for 179 minutes, during which the aircraft flew 1,549 nm.
A second en-route climb started 13 mi south of Udaipur, raising altitude from 34,003 ft asl to 35,987 ft asl, a gain of 1,984 ft in 3 minutes over a distance of 27 nm.
The subsequent cruise segment originated 16 mi south of Pindwara, lasting 155 minutes and encompassing 1,262 nm of flight.
Descent commenced overhead OIBQ Khark Airport, reducing altitude from 35,979 ft asl to 1,498 ft asl, a loss of 34,481 ft in 23 minutes while covering 125 nm.
Final approach to runway 33L at OKKK Kuwait International began with a descent from 1,403 ft agl to 126 ft agl in 86 seconds, and the aircraft scored on the stabilisation gates. Local weather reported a temperature of 99 °F, wind 4 kt from 20°, a cross-wind of 2 kt and a head-wind of 2 kt.
Landing on runway 33L, which is 11,109 ft long, occurred with a threshold height of 57 ft agl slightly above target and a threshold speed of 151 kt. Touchdown was recorded 917 ft beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 144 kt; the vertical speed at touchdown was minus 230 fpm and the touchdown point was offset 22 ft from the centreline. The total landing roll measured 7,347 ft, representing 66 % of the runway.
Runway rollout alignment was reported as very good.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 6 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 3,106nm, took 402, and consumed 121,339 lbs of fuel.
The Boeing 777-300ER approached runway 33L at Kuwait International (OKKK) in a stabilised configuration at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits. The final descent covered 1,403 ft AGL to 126 ft AGL in 86 seconds and was scored on the stabilisation gates.
During the threshold and flare the aircraft passed the threshold at a height slightly above target and established a threshold speed of 151 kt, which the input describes as good. Ambient conditions were 99 °F with a 4 kt wind from 020°, including a 2 kt cross-wind and a 2 kt head-wind component.
Touchdown occurred 917 ft beyond the designated touchdown zone, with a speed of 144 kt that the report notes as a little fast and a vertical rate of minus 230 fpm judged fair. The touchdown point was slightly misaligned, being 22 ft off the centreline.
Rollout used 7,347 ft of runway, representing 66 % of the available 11,109 ft, and runway alignment during rollout was very good.
To tighten the landing envelope, aim to reduce touchdown speed toward the target VREF to keep the aircraft within the touchdown zone and minimise the overshoot distance. Fine-tuning the flare height and timing will also help achieve a more centred touchdown and maintain the excellent rollout alignment already demonstrated.
