Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,183 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 476 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 4 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, then departed from runway 02 at VNKT Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. The takeoff distance was 1,648 meters, which accounted for 56% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 154 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of takeoff were characterized by a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 7 knots at a direction of 59 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 5 knots. The aircraft began its enroute climb 1 mile north of VNKT Tribhuvan International Airport, rising from an altitude of 5,366 feet above sea level to 34,541 feet above sea level, an increase of 29,176 feet, in 26 minutes and covering a distance of 145 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 7 miles southwest of Araria, India, and lasted for 14 minutes, covering a distance of 112 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 5 miles northwest of VGRJ Shah Mokhdum Airport in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, descending from 34,528 feet above sea level to 1,299 feet above sea level, a decrease of 33,229 feet, in 20 minutes and covering a distance of 105 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 14 at VGHS Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport was made from the northwest, heading 144.0 degrees at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,260 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 14, which had a length of 3,183 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 140 knots.
However, the touchdown point was 66 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was a little fast at 136 knots. The touchdown rate was fair at -290 feet per minute. Additionally, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 9.6 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 29 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 4 knots at a direction of 320 degrees. This resulted in a tailwind of 4 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,107 meters, which accounted for 35% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 9.8 meters from the centerline. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 371 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 70 minutes. The aircraft used 3,484 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, achieving a score of 95.6%. The final approach was conducted from the northwest, heading 144.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,260 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft touched down on runway 14, which has a length of 3,183 meters.
The threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed was maintained at 140 knots, indicating a good approach. However, the touchdown point was 66 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed of 136 knots was slightly faster than ideal. The touchdown rate of -290 feet per minute (fpm) was considered fair.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 29°C and a wind speed of 4 knots from a direction of 320°. This resulted in a crosswind of 0 knots and a tailwind of 4 knots. The aircraft's landing distance of 1,107 meters was 35% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll.
Despite the satisfactory landing, there were some minor issues with the runway alignment. The touchdown point was 9.6 meters off-centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned by 9.8 meters from the centerline. These deviations were minor and did not significantly impact the overall landing performance. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft achieving a high score and demonstrating good control and precision.
