Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 11,713 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,193 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took 8 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, then departed from runway 24 at LIRN Naples International Airport. The takeoff distance was 3,696 feet, which accounted for 55% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 148 knots.
As the aircraft took to the skies, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 56°F and a wind speed of 1 knot at 304°. The crosswind was 1 knot, and the headwind was 0 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Vicaria, Campania, Italy, where the aircraft began its ascent from 1,233 feet above sea level to 34,923 feet above sea level, an increase of 33,689 feet in 18 minutes and covering a distance of 104 nautical miles.
After reaching the cruising altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 1 mile south of Fara in Sabina, Lazio, Italy. This phase lasted for 38 minutes and covered a distance of 287 nautical miles. The enroute descent began overhead Loranze, Piemonte, Italy, where the aircraft started its descent from 35,094 feet above sea level to 2,667 feet above sea level, a decrease of 32,427 feet in 24 minutes and covering a distance of 87 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 04 at LSGG Geneva Cointrin International Airport was made from the southwest, heading 46.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,267 feet above ground level. The landing was executed on runway 04, which had a length of 11,713 feet. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was 134 knots. The touchdown distance was 1,197 feet, and the touchdown speed was 126 knots, both of which were considered good. The touchdown rate was also good at -198 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 11 feet from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 48°F and a wind speed of 13 knots at 40°. The crosswind was 1 knot, and the headwind was 13 knots. The total landing distance was 4,000 feet, which accounted for 34% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took 2 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 486 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 92 minutes. The aircraft used 8,575 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at LSGG Geneva Cointrin International Airport, achieving a high score of 97.7%. The final approach to runway 04 was conducted from the southwest, with a heading of 46.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,267 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 134 knots. The touchdown distance was within acceptable limits at 1,197 feet, and the touchdown speed was maintained at 126 knots. The touchdown rate was also good, with a descent rate of -198 feet per minute (fpm).
However, there was a slight deviation in the runway touchdown position, with the aircraft being 11 feet off-centerline. This minor discrepancy did not significantly impact the overall landing performance. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 48°F and a wind speed of 13 knots from a direction of 40°. The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 13 knots.
The total landing distance was 4,000 feet, which accounted for approximately 34% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was well-controlled throughout the approach and landing phases. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, demonstrating the pilot's skill and precision in managing the aircraft's descent and touchdown.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the aircraft was brought to a safe stop within a short distance of the runway threshold. The minor deviations in touchdown position and landing distance did not compromise the overall safety and quality of the landing.
