Flight Score
Know your rotation speed
A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,437 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 620 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
First and foremost, congratulations on achieving an aircraft landing score of 88.9%! This is a great accomplishment and shows your skill and competence as a pilot.
Now, let's break down the analysis of the different phases of the landing:
Approach Phase: Although the descent path was below the glideslope limit and the speed was above target, there is room for improvement in these areas. By working on maintaining a steady descent path and ensuring that the speed is within the designated target, you can improve the overall quality of the approach phase.
Landing Phase: It's commendable that the threshold height was below target and you executed a great landing flare. This indicates that you have a good sense of timing and control during the final moments before touchdown. Keep up the excellent work in this area.
Touchdown Phase: Your touchdown rate was excellent and the speed was on target, which demonstrates a high level of precision and skill. However, it's worth noting that the touchdown point being 186 m beyond the touchdown zone and the runway touchdown position being 5.4 m from the centreline could be improved with more precise planning and adjustments during the landing.
Rollout Phase: While the runway alignment was 9.3 m from the centreline, there is room for improvement in maintaining a straight path during the rollout phase. Consistency in runway alignment will help enhance the overall quality of the landing.
Overall, you have performed admirably in many aspects of the landing process, and with some focused practice and adjustments, you can further improve your landing score. Keep up the good work and continue striving for excellence in every phase of the landing procedure. Your dedication and commitment to improvement will surely pay off in achieving even higher scores in the future. Well done!
