Know your rotation speed
A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,983 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,983 m of the 3,670 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 592 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, your aircraft landing score of 97.9% is a fantastic result! Your approach phase was particularly strong, with excellent glideslope alignment and slightly below target speed. This shows a high level of precision and skill in controlling the aircraft during the descent.
During the landing phase, you displayed good judgment in maintaining a proper threshold height and executed a very smooth landing flare. Your touchdown rate was excellent, and you were able to maintain the correct speed. However, it is important to note that the touchdown point was slightly beyond the designated area, which can be improved upon in future landings.
It is also worth mentioning that you landed with a slight tailwind, which is not ideal as it can affect the aircraft's performance during touchdown. In the future, try to avoid landing with tailwinds to ensure a smoother and safer landing.
During the rollout phase, you maintained good runway alignment, staying only 4.3 m from the centerline. This shows good control and precision in keeping the aircraft on track during the taxiing phase.
Overall, your landing performance was excellent, with only minor areas for improvement. Keep up the great work and continue to strive for perfection in all aspects of your flying. With your skill and dedication, you are sure to achieve even higher scores in the future. Well done!
