Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,582 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,582 m of the 2,617 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 336 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight in question was operated by a Boeing 777F aircraft. The pre-flight taxiing process from the parking area to the runway took approximately 6 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. The aircraft then departed from runway 08 at KDEN Denver International Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,908 meters, which accounted for 52% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was recorded at 172 knots.
As the aircraft climbed out of KDEN, it encountered local weather conditions of 19°C temperature and a 6-knot wind at 184°. The enroute climb began 2 miles east of the airport and continued for 19 minutes, covering a distance of 135 nautical miles and an altitude increase of 28,959 feet to 35,274 feet above sea level.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 5 miles northeast of NE19 Ag Air Airport in Broadwater, Nebraska. This phase lasted for 385 minutes, covering a distance of 3,541 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, starting 10 miles northwest of Killala, Ireland, and continued for 16 minutes, covering 110 nautical miles and decreasing its altitude by 24,465 feet to 9,340 feet above sea level.
The aircraft entered another level cruise phase, this time starting 1 mile southeast of Slane, Ireland, and lasting for 3 minutes, covering 18 nautical miles. However, it soon began another descent, starting 5 miles northeast of Skerries, Ireland, and continued for 2 minutes, covering 8 nautical miles and decreasing its altitude by 1,063 feet to 7,871 feet above sea level.
The aircraft entered yet another level cruise phase, starting 12 miles northeast of Loughshinny, Ireland, and lasting for 7 minutes, covering 23 nautical miles. It then began its final descent, starting 15 miles east of Dalkey, Ireland, and continued for 7 minutes, covering 20 nautical miles and decreasing its altitude by 6,160 feet to 1,506 feet above sea level.
The final approach to runway 28L at EIDW Dublin Airport was made from the east, with a heading of 276.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,295 feet above ground level. The aircraft landed safely on the runway, with a touchdown distance of 337 meters, a touchdown speed of 131 knots, and a touchdown rate of -290 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was very good, and the local weather conditions were 11°C temperature and a 4-knot wind at 230°.
The total landing distance was 1,501 meters, accounting for 57% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was also very good. The post-landing taxiing process from the runway to the parking area took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
In total, the flight distance was 3,864 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 446 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 61,723 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
