Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,893 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,893 m of the 3,757 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 558 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, an Airbus A380, then departed from runway 34L at RJAA Narita International Airport in Japan. The takeoff distance was 1,120 meters, which accounted for 34% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 147 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 15°C, with a wind speed of 8 knots at a direction of 10°. This resulted in a crosswind of 5 knots and a headwind of 6 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile northwest of RJAA Narita International Airport. The climb took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from 1,150 feet above sea level to 33,451 feet above sea level, an increase of 32,301 feet.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 2 miles southeast of Narita and lasted for 94 minutes. During this period, the aircraft covered a distance of 632 nautical miles. The enroute descent phase began 5 miles west of RKGA R-510 Galmi in South Korea, where the aircraft descended from 33,764 feet above sea level to 5,030 feet above sea level, a decrease of 28,735 feet in 13 minutes and covering 25 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 5 miles west of RKSG Camp Humphreys and lasted for 7 minutes, covering 22 nautical miles. The final descent phase began 8 miles west of Hwaseong-si in South Korea, where the aircraft descended from 4,632 feet above sea level to 1,302 feet above sea level, a decrease of 3,330 feet in 5 minutes and covering 11 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 33L at RKSI Incheon International Airport was made from the southeast, with a heading of 325.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,268 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 33L, which had a length of 3,757 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 137 knots.
The touchdown point was 141 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was 128 knots, which was a little fast. However, the touchdown rate was good at -174 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 12°C, with a wind speed of 3 knots at a direction of 9°. This resulted in a crosswind of 2 knots and a headwind of 2 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,811 meters, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 11 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 701 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 147 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 25,677 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A380 successfully landed at RKSI Incheon International Airport's runway 33L, achieving a high score of 98.1%. The aircraft approached the runway from the southeast, heading 325.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,268 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot maintained a steady course, ensuring a precise final approach to the runway.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down slightly beyond the designated touchdown zone, 141 meters past the threshold. Although the touchdown speed of 128 knots was a bit faster than the target, the touchdown rate of -174 feet per minute (fpm) was satisfactory. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot had successfully aligned the aircraft with the runway centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 12°C and a gentle wind of 3 knots at 9°. The crosswind and headwind components were minimal, at 2 knots each, which contributed to a smooth landing. The total landing distance of 1,811 meters was 48% of the runway length, indicating that the aircraft had sufficient stopping power to come to a safe stop.
During the rollout phase, the aircraft maintained excellent alignment with the runway centerline, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control. Overall, the landing was successful, with the aircraft coming to a safe stop within a reasonable distance from the runway threshold. The high score achieved by the Airbus A380 reflects the pilot's expertise and the aircraft's capabilities in executing a precise and controlled landing.
