Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,795 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 150 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Congratulations on achieving a landing score of 95.1%! That is a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to your skill as a pilot.
Let's break down the different phases of the landing and see where you excelled and where there may be room for improvement.
During the Approach Phase, it's great to see that your descent path was below the glideslope limit. This shows careful attention to altitude and descent rate, ensuring a smooth transition from the approach to the landing phase.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, you had a good threshold height and executed a good landing flare. These are crucial elements in achieving a safe and smooth touchdown.
In the Touchdown Phase, there were a few areas for improvement. The touchdown rate was noted as very hard, which indicates a rough landing. Additionally, while your speed was on target and you landed within the touchdown zone, the runway touchdown position was slightly off centerline. These are areas to focus on to achieve a more precise and gentle touchdown in future landings.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, we see that the runway alignment was off centerline. This could be improved by ensuring a straighter rollout to maintain better alignment with the runway centerline.
Overall, you should be proud of your high landing score and the strong performance in many aspects of the landing phases. Keep up the good work and continue to focus on improving in areas where there is room for growth. With dedication and practice, you will be able to achieve even higher scores and further refine your skills as a pilot. Well done!
