Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,709 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,709 m of the 2,597 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 378 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.

The landing was successful, with a touchdown distance of 381 meters and a touchdown speed of 139 knots. The touchdown rate was smooth
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at YAYE Ayers Rock Connellan Airport, showcasing a high level of precision and control. The final approach was initiated from the north-west, heading 130.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,437 feet above ground level. The aircraft's approach speed and threshold height were both within acceptable limits, demonstrating the pilot's expertise in navigating the aircraft to a safe touchdown.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on runway 13 at a speed of 139 knots, which was well within the recommended threshold speed of 144 knots. The touchdown distance of 381 meters was also satisfactory, indicating that the pilot had maintained control of the aircraft throughout the descent. The touchdown rate of -118 feet per minute was smooth, further emphasizing the pilot's skill in executing a safe and controlled landing.
However, there was a slight deviation from the centerline, with the runway touchdown position being 4.3 meters off-center. This minor misalignment may have been due to various factors, including wind conditions or pilot error. Nevertheless, the overall landing performance was impressive, considering the challenging weather conditions at the time.
The local weather at YAYE Ayers Rock Connellan Airport was characterized by a temperature of 39°C and a wind speed of 7 knots from a direction of 308°. This resulted in a crosswind of 0 knots and a tailwind of 7 knots, which may have affected the aircraft's landing performance. Despite these conditions, the pilot successfully navigated the aircraft to a safe touchdown.
The total landing distance of 1,641 meters was 63% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. This indicates that the pilot had maintained control of the aircraft throughout the landing process and had executed a smooth and controlled touchdown. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, further emphasizing the pilot's expertise in navigating the aircraft to a safe and controlled stop. Overall, the landing performance of the Boeing 737-800 at YAYE Ayers Rock Connellan Airport was impressive, with a score of 99.4% indicating a high level of precision and control.
