Departure
Rotate as soon as the aircraft reaches 42 kt rather than letting speed build further.
What happened: You rotated late, lifting off at 56 kt against a 42 kt target, and the climb speed carried fast at 84 kt. A late rotation like this usually leaves the climb speed running fast behind it.
Watch for: Watch airspeed against the 42 kt rotation target.
Arrival
Shallow the descent on final to re-intercept the glideslope and cross the threshold at 34 ft.
What happened: The aircraft was off the glideslope during the approach, tracking low against the required path.
Watch for: Watch the glideslope indicator and threshold height, targeting 34 ft at the threshold.

A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: seven checks where the approach path is 300 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.
At the 300 ft gate: glideslope 5.6° against the runway's 3°.

Side view — the last 625 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 625 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 113 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Savage Cub taxied to runway 33 at KIYK Inyokern Airport and commenced its take-off roll. The aircraft used 199 m of runway, representing 9 % of the available length, and became airborne at a liftoff speed of 56 kt. Ambient conditions were 8 °C with a wind from 189° at 2 kt, including a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 1 kt tail-wind component.
Climb began approximately one mile north of KIYK, where the airplane accelerated from 3,432 ft asl to 4,412 ft asl, gaining 980 ft in two minutes while covering three nautical miles.
Cruise was established four miles north of KIYK and persisted for 23 minutes, during which the aircraft traversed 36 nm before beginning its descent.
The final approach to runway 18 at O99 Olancha Strip Airport was executed from the north on a heading of 192.0° at one nautical mile and 665 ft agl. Weather at the destination was again 8 °C with a wind from 189° at 2 kt, this time a zero-kt cross-wind and a 2 kt head-wind component.
Landing on runway 18, which measures 625 m, was achieved with a threshold speed of 44 kt. Touchdown occurred 111 m down the runway at a speed of 37 kt, with a vertical rate of minus 31 fpm. The touchdown point was offset 7.7 m from the centreline, and the total landing distance recorded was 184 m, equivalent to 29 % of the runway length.
During rollout the aircraft remained slightly off centreline, with a measured deviation of 7.6 m.
In total the flight covered 41 nm, required 27 minutes of elapsed time, and consumed 0 kg of fuel.
The aircraft approached runway 18 at O99 Olancha Strip Airport from the north on a heading of 192.0° at 1 nm and 665 ft AGL.
The threshold height was good and the threshold speed was good at 44 kt.
Touchdown occurred 111 m down the runway at a speed of 37 kt, which was a little fast, with a perfect vertical rate of minus 31 fpm. The touchdown point was misaligned by 7.7 m from the centreline.
Rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 7.6 m from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 184 m, representing 29 % of the 625 m runway.
Reduce lateral deviation on touchdown and rollout to keep the aircraft within a few metres of the centreline, and moderate touchdown speed slightly below 37 kt to improve alignment control. The 89.7 % score reflects overall proficiency with minor refinements needed.
