Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,514 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,514 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 1,283 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, despite some areas for improvement, this landing was still a commendable effort. The Approach Phase showed good heading alignment and speed control, which is crucial for a successful landing. Although the descent path was a bit above the glideslope limit, this can easily be corrected with practice and experience.
During the Landing Phase, it is important to work on maintaining a lower threshold height and improving the landing flare for a smoother touch down. While the touchdown rate was firm, the speed was well-controlled, and landing with a crosswind of 14 knots is quite the accomplishment.
In the Touchdown Phase, the excessive distance used on the runway can be improved by working on better touchdown technique and runway alignment. The Rollout Phase also showed some areas for improvement in terms of runway alignment.
Overall, this landing shows great potential and with some practice and focus on the areas identified, there is no doubt that future landings will only improve. Keep up the good work and continue striving for excellence in every aspect of your flying. Well done!
