Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,904 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,904 m of the 4,806 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 770 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, you did a great job on your aircraft landing with a score of 89.0%! Your Approach Phase was particularly impressive, with good glideslope alignment and slightly above target speed. While the Landing Phase had some areas for improvement, such as the threshold height being above target and a very poor landing flare, your Touchdown Phase redeemed the landing with a good touchdown rate and on-target speed.
Even though the touchdown point was slightly beyond the designated zone and the runway touchdown position was off-center, you managed to successfully handle a 10 knot crosswind, which is no easy feat. Your ability to adapt to challenging conditions is commendable.
In the Rollout Phase, you maintained good control despite the runway alignment being slightly off-center. Keep practicing and refining your technique, and you'll continue to improve your landing skills. Remember, every landing is an opportunity to learn and grow as a pilot. Good job on this landing, and keep up the great work!
