Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
At the 1,000 ft gate: speed above the reference speed.
At the 500 ft gate: off the runway's 3° glideslope and speed above the reference speed.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 5,973 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 384 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 6 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 26 at KGLW Glasgow Municipal Airport, a small airport in Glasgow, Kentucky. The takeoff distance was 2,358 feet, which accounted for 47% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 146 knots, and the local weather conditions were characterized by a temperature of 63°F and a wind speed of 2 knots at 269°.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb 1 mile west of KGLW. The climb started from an altitude of 1,950 feet above sea level and reached a maximum altitude of 25,012 feet, an increase of 23,062 feet in just 10 minutes. During this period, the aircraft covered a distance of 57 nautical miles. The climb was followed by a level cruise that started 4 miles north of Centertown, Kentucky, and lasted for 27 minutes. This cruise phase covered a distance of 224 nautical miles.
The enroute descent started 9 miles south of Bowling Green, Missouri, and lasted for 12 minutes. During this period, the aircraft descended from an altitude of 24,837 feet to 2,873 feet, a decrease of 21,964 feet. The descent covered a distance of 70 nautical miles. Following the descent, the aircraft entered another level cruise phase that started 5 miles southeast of the MU06 V.A. Medical Center Heliport in St. Louis, Missouri. This cruise phase lasted for just 3 minutes and covered a distance of 11 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 36 at KIRK Kirksville Regional Airport was made from the south, with the aircraft heading 0.0° at an altitude of 1,256 feet above ground level. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots at 270°. The aircraft landed on the runway, with the threshold speed being slightly below the target at 110 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 379 feet, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 109 knots. The touchdown rate was firm at -305 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 13 feet from the centerline.
The total landing distance was 2,013 feet, which accounted for 34% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating a smooth and controlled landing. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took less than 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 367 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 57 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 6,409 pounds of fuel during the flight.
Aircraft C750 successfully landed at Kirksville Regional Airport, achieving a score of 97.6%. The final approach was conducted from the south, heading directly towards the runway 36, at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,256 feet above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on the runway, which has a length of 5,973 feet, with a good threshold height. However, the threshold speed was slightly below the target speed of 110 knots, indicating a slightly slower approach than intended. The touchdown distance was within acceptable limits at 379 feet, but the touchdown speed of 109 knots was a little faster than desired.
The touchdown rate was firm at -305 feet per minute, which is a typical rate for a safe landing. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 13 feet from the centerline, which may require some adjustments in the approach to improve alignment.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from 270°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind and a headwind of 0 knots, making the landing conditions relatively calm.
The total landing distance was 2,013 feet, which is 34% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was able to touch down and come to a stop within a reasonable distance. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot was able to maintain control of the aircraft during the rollout phase of the landing.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the aircraft was able to touch down safely on the runway. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as adjusting the approach speed and improving the alignment with the centerline.
