Maintain the centreline
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 11,823 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 994 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight in the Vision Jet began with a smooth taxi from the parking area to the runway, covering 1 nm in just 6 minutes. The departure roll from runway 35 at ZJIO Jiaozhou\/Jiaocheng Air Base was efficient, with a takeoff distance of 357 ft, which accounted for 4% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 95 kn. The local weather at the time of departure was warm, with a temperature of 93 °F and a wind speed of 7 kn coming from 170°, resulting in a crosswind of 1 kn and a tailwind of 7 kn.
The enroute climb phase started 1 mile northwest of ZJIO Jiaozhou\/Jiaocheng Air Base, climbing from 946 ft asl to 30,557 ft asl over 22 minutes and covering a distance of 52 nm. The climb was smooth, with an altitude increase of 29,611 ft.
After reaching the cruising altitude, the aircraft continued on to the enroute level cruise, which began 5 miles southwest of Weifang. This phase lasted 11 minutes and covered a distance of 53 nm.
As the journey progressed, the aircraft initiated the enroute descent phase, starting 4 miles southeast of Zhoucun. The descent took the aircraft from 30,462 ft asl to 1,897 ft asl over 9 minutes, covering 34 nm.
The landing approach was to runway 19 at ZSJN Yaoqiang, which had a generous length of 11,823 ft. The height at threshold was 20 ft agl, and the speed at threshold was 87 kn. The touchdown occurred 992 ft from the threshold, with a touchdown speed of 74 kn and a VSI of -281 ft/m. The local weather at the time of landing was also warm, with a temperature of 94 °F and a wind speed of 12 kn from 223°, resulting in a crosswind of 8 kn and a headwind of 9 kn. The total landing distance was 1,594 ft, which accounted for 13% of the runway.
Finally, the aircraft taxied back to the parking area from the runway in just 3 minutes, covering less than 1 nm. The total flight distance for this journey was 143 nm, which took a total of 54 minutes and consumed 354 lbs of fuel.
Overall, you achieved a landing score of 93.0%, which is a very good result and something to be proud of. Your approach phase had some areas for improvement, with unstable glideslope alignment, poor heading alignment, and slightly below target speed. However, your landing phase was much stronger, with good threshold height, a very good landing flare, and a firm touchdown rate.
It's great to see that your touchdown speed was on target and that you landed within the touchdown zone. Additionally, your runway touchdown position was only 25 ft from the centerline, showing good precision in your landing. In the rollout phase, while your runway alignment was slightly off at 21 ft from the centerline, this is still a minor deviation.
Overall, your landing was well-executed with some room for improvement in the approach phase. Keep practicing and focusing on maintaining stable glideslope and heading alignment, as well as hitting your target speed. With continued effort and attention to detail, you can further improve your scores and become an even more proficient pilot. Well done on your excellent performance!
