Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,879 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 487 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the aircraft landing score of 94.3% indicates a strong performance with some minor areas that could be improved upon.
During the Approach Phase, the good glideslope alignment demonstrates a high level of precision and accuracy in navigating the aircraft towards the runway. This shows that the pilot had excellent control and awareness during descent, leading to a smooth transition into the Landing Phase.
In the Landing Phase, while the threshold height was slightly above target, the poor landing flare suggests that the pilot could have executed a smoother touchdown. However, the fact that the speed was on target and the touchdown point was slightly beyond the zone indicates a good level of consistency in approach and technique.
The Touchdown Phase could be improved by adjusting the touchdown rate to ensure a softer landing, which is crucial for passenger comfort and aircraft maintenance. However, the fact that the runway touchdown position was very good demonstrates a strong ability to control the aircraft and make precise maneuvers.
As for the Rollout Phase, the very good runway alignment reflects a high level of skill in maintaining control and directionality during the landing rollout. This is essential for ensuring a safe and smooth landing for passengers and crew.
Overall, while there are some areas that can be refined, the aircraft landing score of 94.3% is commendable and showcases a high level of proficiency and competency in handling the aircraft. With a bit of fine-tuning in certain areas, the pilot can further enhance their skills and consistently achieve excellent landing performances. Keep up the good work and continue striving for excellence in every aspect of your flying skills!
