Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,795 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 592 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the aircraft, an Airbus A321, taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport, taking approximately 6 minutes to cover a distance of 2 nautical miles. The departure roll took place on runway 26, with the aircraft lifting off at a speed of 168 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 9°C, with a wind speed of 4 knots from a direction of 280°, resulting in a headwind of 4 knots.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb, starting approximately 1 mile northwest of Peetri, Estonia. The climb took place from an initial altitude of 1,215 feet above sea level to a maximum altitude of 36,494 feet, an increase of 35,279 feet, in 21 minutes and covering a distance of 138 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise phase began 33 miles southwest of Kihelkonna, Saaremaa, Estonia, and lasted for 73 minutes, during which the aircraft covered a distance of 544 nautical miles.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its enroute descent, starting overhead Ferna, Thuringia, Germany. The descent took place from an altitude of 36,345 feet to a final altitude of 1,636 feet, a decrease of 34,708 feet, in 21 minutes and covering a distance of 105 nautical miles. The final approach to runway 25R at Frankfurt Airport was made from the east, with the aircraft heading 250.0° at an altitude of 1,281 feet above ground level and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway.
The landing took place on runway 25R, which had a length of 2,795 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 145 knots. The touchdown point was 177 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was 134 knots, which was a little fast. However, the touchdown rate was smooth at -140 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 17°C, with a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 360°, resulting in a tailwind of 1 knot.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking approximately 5 minutes to cover a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 796 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 126 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 5,550 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A321 successfully landed at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF) on runway 25R, achieving a score of 98.4%. The aircraft was approaching the runway from the east, heading 250.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,281 feet above ground level (agl). The final approach was executed with a good threshold height, indicating that the aircraft was properly configured for landing.
Upon touchdown, the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 145 knots, which may have been due to various factors such as wind conditions or the aircraft's weight. The touchdown point was 177 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The touchdown speed of 134 knots was a little fast, but the touchdown rate of -140 feet per minute (fpm) was smooth, indicating a controlled descent.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 17°C and a wind speed of 2 knots from 360°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind component of 2 knots and a slight tailwind of 1 knot. The runway length of 2,795 meters was sufficient to accommodate the aircraft's landing distance of 1,312 meters, which accounted for 47% of the runway.
The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the aircraft's brakes were applied smoothly and effectively, allowing the aircraft to come to a stop without any deviations from the centerline. Overall, the landing was executed with precision and control, resulting in a high score of 98.4%.
