Maintain the centreline
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,949 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,949 m of the 3,424 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 539 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight on the CRJ900 from USDA Sabetta International Airport to UOOO Norilsk-Alykel Airport was smooth and efficient. The departure from Sabetta saw a takeoff distance of 1,827 m, with a liftoff speed of 161 kt. The local weather at the time showed a temperature of 18 °C with wind at 12 kt at 69 °, providing some crosswind of 1 kt and headwind of 11 kt.
The enroute climb was steady, covering a distance of 80 nm in 17 minutes, climbing from 1,057 ft asl to 31,204 ft asl. The level cruise phase covered 222 nm in 30 minutes, starting 2 miles south east of Napalkovo. The descent was initiated 35 miles west of Dudinka, descending from 31,437 ft asl to 1,464 ft asl in 17 minutes over a distance of 58 nm.
Another climb was undertaken 16 miles southwest of UOOO Norilsk-Alykel Airport, climbing from 1,469 ft asl to 2,535 ft asl in 2 minutes over 4 nm. This was followed by a short level cruise covering 7 nm in 3 minutes. The final approach to runway 01 at UOOO Norilsk-Alykel Airport saw a smooth landing, slightly above the threshold speed at 152 kt, with a touchdown speed of 135 kt. The touchdown rate was smooth at -116 ft/m, with the runway touchdown position slightly misaligned by 13.6 m from the centerline.
The total landing distance was 1,875 m, 55% of the runway, with a slightly misaligned rollout alignment of 10.2 m from the centerline. Taxiing to parking from the runway took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nm. The total flight distance covered was 378 nm, taking 74 minutes and consuming 2,397 kg of fuel. The local weather at UOOO Norilsk-Alykel Airport during landing showed a temperature of 22 °C with wind at 6 kt at 60 °, providing a crosswind of 3 kt and headwind of 5 kt.
First of all, congratulations on achieving a landing score of 92.4%! That is an impressive result and reflects a high level of skill and proficiency in aircraft handling during the landing phase.
During the Approach Phase, it is evident that excellent glideslope alignment was maintained, indicating a good understanding of the descent profile and control inputs. The slightly higher threshold speed, while still within acceptable limits, suggests a proactive approach to ensuring stable flight parameters leading up to touchdown.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, the good threshold height indication shows that you were able to maintain the correct altitude above the runway, setting up for a smooth touchdown. The very good landing flare further supports this, highlighting a precise control input during the critical transition from descent to touchdown. However, the poor landing heading and bank angle stability are areas that could benefit from further improvement.
In the Touchdown Phase, the smooth touchdown rate of -116 ft/m is indicative of a controlled and gentle contact with the runway, which is crucial for passenger comfort and aircraft handling. The touchdown speed of 135 kt being within an acceptable range is also commendable. However, the touchdown point being slightly beyond the touchdown zone and the misalignment from the runway centerline could be areas to focus on for future landings.
Overall, your performance during the landing was strong, with a few areas that could be fine-tuned to further enhance your skills. By addressing the inconsistencies in landing heading and bank angle stability, as well as ensuring precise alignment and touchdown positioning, you can aim to achieve even higher scores in future landings. Keep up the good work and continue practicing to refine your technique even further. Great job on a solid landing score!
