Know your rotation speed
A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: seven checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
At the 500 ft gate: sink rate 1,579 fpm, more than the glideslope needed.
The rest of the report
Departing from Talas Airport (UATL) in Talas, Kyrgyzstan, the TBM 930 began its journey down runway 10, accelerating to liftoff speed of 76 kt in a distance of 481 meters, which accounted for 27% of the available runway. The aircraft's performance was influenced by the local weather conditions, with a temperature of 17 °C and a gentle headwind of 6 kt from a direction of 88°. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 kt.
As the aircraft transitioned to the enroute phase, it began a climb from 5,196 ft above sea level (asl) to 17,545 ft asl, a vertical gain of 12,348 ft in 7 minutes, covering a distance of 23 nm. This climb phase was followed by a descent from 17,513 ft asl to 3,598 ft asl, a decrease of 13,915 ft in 8 minutes, covering 31 nm. The aircraft then entered a level cruise phase, first overhead Toktogul Airport (UATO) in Jalal-Abad oblast, Kyrgyzstan, lasting 4 minutes and covering less than 1 nm. A subsequent climb phase from 3,582 ft asl to 12,821 ft asl, an increase of 9,238 ft in 11 minutes, covered 39 nm. The final level cruise phase lasted 2 minutes, covering 6 nm, and took place 5 miles north east of Tash-Kumyr in Jalal-Abad oblast, Kyrgyzstan.
The TBM 930 completed its journey, covering a total distance of 102 nm in 45 minutes, with a fuel consumption of -263 kg. The flight's performance was characterized by efficient climb and descent phases, as well as periods of level cruise, allowing the aircraft to make the most of the available headwind and minimize fuel consumption.
The TBM 930 touched down before the threshold with a touchdown speed of 86 kt, which the data describes as fast, and an excellent touchdown rate of minus 79 fpm. Lateral alignment at touchdown was excessively misaligned by 35,075.3 m from the centreline, and the aircraft covered a total landing distance of 367 m, representing 21 % of the runway length. Local weather conditions were 19 °C temperature, wind 7 kt from 067°, with a 6 kt crosswind component and a 4 kt tailwind component.
During rollout the aircraft remained excessively misaligned, deviating by 35,447.1 m from the centreline.
Aim to achieve touchdown approximately 300 m (1,000 ft) beyond the threshold and maintain centreline alignment through flare and rollout. Reduce touchdown speed to the appropriate VREF to avoid excessive speed and improve alignment control.
