Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,335 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 481 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Commander 114 taxied to runway 07 at EDDS Stuttgart Airport and commenced the departure roll, achieving a take-off distance of 415 m which represented 14 % of the runway length; liftoff occurred at 88 kt. Ambient conditions were 20 °C with a wind of 3 kt from 224°, a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt tail-wind component.
Climb began one mile north-west of Neuhausen auf den Fildern, rising from 2,152 ft asl to 2,633 ft asl, an increase of 481 ft achieved in one minute while covering one nautical mile.
Level cruise was initiated one mile north-west of Denkendorf and persisted for five minutes, during which the aircraft traversed nine nautical miles.
Descent started one mile west of Kongen, descending from 2,762 ft asl to 1,414 ft asl, a loss of 1,348 ft over two minutes and a distance of three nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 25 at EDDS Stuttgart Airport was flown from the east on a heading of 254.0°, with the aircraft at 0 nm from the threshold and 161 ft agl; weather remained 20 °C with a wind of 3 kt from 224°, a 1 kt cross-wind and a 2 kt head-wind component.
Landing on runway 25 was executed on a runway 3,335 m long; the threshold speed was 78 kt, touchdown occurred 479 m down the runway at 59 kt, the vertical speed was minus 65 fpm, and runway alignment was very good.
In total the flight covered 17 nm, took 9 minutes, and consumed 54 kg of fuel.
The aircraft commander conducted the final approach to runway 25 at EDDS Stuttgart Airport from the east, maintaining a heading of 254.0° at 0 NM and 161 ft above ground level. Local weather was 20 °C with a wind of 3 kt from 224°, including a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt head-wind component.
The threshold height was good and the threshold speed was good at 78 kt. The flare was executed with a touchdown distance of 479 m, a touchdown speed of 59 kt which was a little fast, a touchdown rate of -65 fpm which was excellent, and runway touchdown alignment was very good.
Touchdown occurred 479 m down the runway at a speed of 59 kt, a vertical rate of -65 fpm, and with very good alignment to the runway centreline.
Reduce the touchdown speed slightly to bring it closer to the target VREF, which will further optimise the landing profile. Maintaining the current flare technique will preserve the excellent vertical rate and alignment.
