MY FS FLIGHTS
Flight Score
Slow down before tight turns
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.

The rest of the report
The Boeing 777-300 taxied from the parking area to runway 01 at DTTA Tunis Carthage International Airport in 5 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 01, the aircraft used 7,918 ft of runway, representing 75 % of the available length, and lifted off at 171 kt. Ambient conditions were 101 °F with a wind of 3 kt from 40 °, including a 1 kt cross-wind and a 3 kt head-wind.
Climb commenced 1 mile north of DTTA, ascending from 1,018 ft asl to 35,001 ft asl, an increase of 33,983 ft achieved in 20 minutes while covering 132 nm.
The first cruise segment began 15 miles south-east of Djebeniana (Gouvernorat de Sfax, Tunisia) and continued for 304 minutes, during which the aircraft flew 2,499 nm.
Descent started 9 miles north of HKTG Kapchomuswo Airport, Kabarnet (Baringo District, Kenya), dropping from 34,593 ft asl to 30,022 ft asl, a loss of 4,571 ft in 3 minutes over 22 nm.
A second cruise phase was initiated 8 miles east of HKTF Kerio Valley Airport, Kabarnet, lasting 10 minutes and covering 70 nm.
The subsequent descent began 3 miles south of HKNS Ndabibi Airport, Naivasha (Narok District, Kenya), descending from 30,016 ft asl to 6,804 ft asl, a decrease of 23,212 ft in 11 minutes while traveling 65 nm.
For the final approach to runway 06 at HKJK Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, the aircraft approached from the south-west on a heading of 54.0 °, at 4 nm and 1,477 ft agl. Local weather reported a temperature of 65 °F, wind 4 kt from 80 °, with a 2 kt cross-wind and a 4 kt head-wind.
Landing on runway 06, which is 13,491 ft long, occurred with a threshold speed of 143 kt. Touchdown was recorded 789 ft beyond the touchdown zone at 132 kt, with a vertical speed of minus 192 fpm and a lateral deviation of 19 ft from the centreline. The total landing distance measured 6,879 ft, representing 51 % of the runway.
Runway rollout alignment was assessed as very good, and the aircraft subsequently taxied from the runway to the parking area in 7 minutes, covering 2 nm.
In total, the flight covered 2,799 nm, required 362 minutes of elapsed time, and consumed 101,479 lb of fuel.
The Boeing 777-300 began its final approach to runway 06 at HKJK Jomo Kenyatta International Airport from the south-west, tracking a heading of 54.0° at 4 nm and 1,477 ft agl. The approach was assessed as unstable at the 1,000 ft gate because the sink rate was too high.
At threshold the aircraft presented a good threshold height and a good threshold speed of 143 kt. The flare was executed with the aircraft maintaining the appropriate height and speed for touchdown.
Touchdown occurred 789 ft beyond the touchdown zone with a good touchdown speed of 132 kt and a good touchdown rate of -192 fpm. The wheel-track was slightly misaligned by 19 ft from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 6,879 ft, representing 51 % of the available runway. Local conditions were 65 °F, wind 4 kt from 080°, with a 2 kt crosswind component and a 4 kt headwind component.
Rollout alignment was very good, and the aircraft remained on the centreline through the deceleration phase.
To improve the overall score, focus on establishing a stabilized approach earlier to control sink rate and ensure the aircraft remains within the touchdown zone. Align the touchdown point more closely with the centreline to reduce the 19-ft lateral offset.
