Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,611 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 163 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, your aircraft landing score of 94.8% is excellent! Your approach phase may have had a descent path that was slightly below the glideslope limit, but this can easily be rectified with a bit more precision next time.
During the Landing Phase, it is great to hear that you had good threshold height and a fair landing flare. Keep practicing and you will surely improve in this aspect.
In the Touchdown Phase, while the touchdown rate was a bit heavy and the speed was slightly above target, the fact that the touchdown distance was inside the touchdown zone and the runway touchdown position was very good shows that you are on the right track. With more practice, you will be able to perfect your touchdown technique.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, it is commendable that the runway alignment was very good. This is crucial for a smooth and safe landing.
Keep up the great work and focus on improving those minor areas to achieve even higher scores in the future. Your dedication and attention to detail will surely pay off in your future landings. Great job!
