Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,993 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 494 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (LFBO), the aircraft began its journey by taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took 17 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. As it rolled down runway 32L, the aircraft accelerated to a liftoff speed of 72 knots, clearing the ground in a distance of 341 meters, which represented 10% of the runway length. The local weather conditions at the time of departure featured a temperature of 28°C, with a gentle headwind of 7 knots and a crosswind of just 1 knot.
As the aircraft transitioned into the enroute phase, it began a series of level cruises and climbs, navigating through the skies over southern France. The first level cruise, which lasted less than a minute, took place 1 mile northwest of Merville, covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then climbed from 957 feet above sea level to 2,119 feet, an increase of 1,162 feet in just 2 minutes, while covering 3 nautical miles. This pattern of level cruises and climbs continued, with the aircraft reaching altitudes of up to 2,474 feet above sea level and covering distances of up to 30 nautical miles during a 16-minute level cruise over Brassac.
As the aircraft began its descent into Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport (LFBE), it started its final approach to runway 09 from the west, heading 95.0° at 1 nautical mile and 206 feet above ground level. The landing was successful, with the aircraft touching down 47 meters beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 38 knots. The touchdown rate was perfect at -38 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. The total landing distance was 677 meters, representing 34% of the runway length. After taxiing to the parking area, the aircraft had completed a total flight distance of 88 nautical miles, using 14 kilograms of fuel in the process, and taking a total of 60 minutes to complete the journey.
The final approach to runway 09 at LFBE Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport from the west was executed with a heading of 95.0° at 1 nm and 206 ft above ground level. The approach quality was satisfactory, with a threshold height of 63 ft agl, which was above the target. The threshold speed of 51 kt was slightly below the target, but still within acceptable limits.
As the aircraft touched down on the runway, the touchdown point was 47 m beyond the touchdown zone, indicating a slight overrun. However, the touchdown speed of 38 kt was good, and the touchdown rate of -38 fpm was perfect, demonstrating excellent control and precision. The runway touchdown alignment was very good, with the aircraft centered on the runway. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 31 °C and a wind of 7 kt at 30°, contributed to a relatively smooth landing.
The total landing distance of 677 m was 34% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll. The runway rollout alignment was very good, with the aircraft maintaining its centerline alignment throughout the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was scored 93.4%, reflecting a high level of proficiency and control.
