Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,921 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,921 m of the 3,923 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 692 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Airbus A320 taxied from the parking area to runway 29 at FPST São Tomé International Airport, covering 1 nm in 6 minutes.
During the departure roll on runway 29, the aircraft used a takeoff distance of 1,487 m, representing 69 % of the runway, and lifted off at 148 kt. Ambient conditions were 18 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 270°, a headwind component of 2 kt and no cross-wind.
Climb commenced 1 mile west of FPST São Tomé International Airport, with the A320 ascending from 1,138 ft asl to 35,822 ft asl, an increase of 34,685 ft achieved in 19 minutes while covering 116 nm.
Level cruise began 107 miles south-east of the FC04 Gulf of Guinea static carrier CVN78, lasting 29 minutes and extending over 214 nm.
Descent was initiated 68 miles south of Lekki, Nigeria, with the aircraft descending from 36,017 ft asl to 1,423 ft asl, a loss of 34,594 ft completed in 24 minutes and spanning 128 nm.
The final approach to runway 18R at DNMM Murtala Muhammed International Airport was flown from the north, on a heading of 179.0° at 4 nm and 1,362 ft agl.
Landing on runway 18R, which is 3,909 m long, occurred with a threshold speed of 143 kt, slightly above the target. Touchdown was recorded 265 m beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 131 kt, with a vertical speed of minus 253 fpm; the touchdown point was offset 10.7 m from the centreline. Local weather reported 17 °C, wind 2 kt from 270°, a cross-wind of 2 kt and no head-wind.
The total landing distance measured 1,829 m, equivalent to 47 % of the runway, and the rollout was noted to be misaligned by 10.6 m from the centreline.
After landing, the aircraft taxied back to the parking area, covering 1 nm in another 6 minutes.
In total, the flight covered 467 nm, required 85 minutes of flight time, and consumed 3,273 kg of fuel.
The Airbus A320 established a final approach to runway 18R at DNMM Murtala Muhammed International Airport from the north, tracking a heading of 179.0° at 4 nm and 1,362 ft agl. Local conditions were 17 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 270°, providing a 2 kt cross-wind component and no head-wind. The approach maintained a good threshold height and a threshold speed that was slightly above target at 143 kt.
During the flare the aircraft continued with the slightly high threshold speed of 143 kt, and the descent was managed to achieve a fair touchdown rate of minus 253 fpm.
Touchdown occurred 265 m beyond the designated touchdown zone with a speed of 131 kt, noted as a little fast. The aircraft touched down misaligned by 10.7 m from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 1,829 m, representing 47 % of the runway length.
Rollout alignment remained slightly off centreline, measured at a deviation of 10.6 m from the centreline.
Refine centreline tracking on final and rollout to reduce the 10-meter lateral deviations, and adjust the touchdown speed marginally toward the target to improve alignment and distance usage. These minor adjustments will help convert the already strong 91.1 % score into an even tighter performance.
