Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,977 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 357 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The 0.99 G arrival is the firm side of smooth.
The rest of the report
Taxiing from the parking area to the runway at KHCR Heber City Mun-Mcdonald took approximately 9 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Piper Aerostar 600, NI22PC, then began its departure roll on runway 22, utilizing 825 meters, or 39% of the runway, to achieve liftoff at a speed of 98 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of departure featured a temperature of 27°C, with a wind speed of 18 knots from a direction of 160°, resulting in a crosswind of 17 knots and a headwind of 6 knots.
As the aircraft climbed out of KHCR, it reached an enroute climb phase, commencing overhead Charleston, Utah, and increasing its altitude from 6,564 feet above sea level to 8,713 feet above sea level, a gain of 2,150 feet, in just 4 minutes and covering a distance of 9 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise phase followed, starting 5 miles northeast of Orem, Utah, and lasting 2 minutes, during which the aircraft covered an additional 5 nautical miles. The descent phase began 2 miles north of Provo, Utah, and resulted in a decrease of 2,860 feet in altitude, from 8,419 feet above sea level to 5,559 feet above sea level, in 5 minutes and covering 12 nautical miles. The final enroute level cruise phase took place 2 miles east of Spanish Fork, Utah, and lasted 4 minutes, during which the aircraft covered 10 nautical miles.
The aircraft then commenced its final approach to runway 12 at KSPK Spanish Fork-Springville-Woodhouse Field Airport, approaching from the northwest at a heading of 134.0°, 1 nautical mile from the threshold and at an altitude of 386 feet above ground level. The landing was successful, with a touchdown distance of 358 meters, or 39% of the runway, and a touchdown speed of 84 knots. The touchdown rate was smooth at -101 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. Following the landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile in 3 minutes. The total flight distance was 40 nautical miles, and the aircraft used 19 kilograms of fuel during the 25-minute flight.
The final approach to runway 12 at KSPK Spanish Fork-Springville-Woodhouse Field Airport from the north west was executed with precision, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 134.0° at 1 nm and 386 ft above ground level. The approach quality was excellent, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 93 kt, well within the acceptable range. The aircraft touched down smoothly at a speed of 84 kt, with a touchdown rate of -101 fpm, indicating a well-controlled descent.
The touchdown characteristics were impressive, with a touchdown distance of 358 m, which was well within the acceptable range. The runway touchdown alignment was very good, with the aircraft centered on the runway. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 28 °C and a wind of 21 kt at 150°, presented a moderate crosswind component of 6 kt and a significant headwind component of 20 kt, which the pilot successfully managed. The total landing distance of 772 m, accounting for 39% of the runway length, was also within acceptable limits.
The rollout phase was executed flawlessly, with perfect alignment on the runway centerline. The aircraft's performance during the landing was outstanding, with a score of 97.6% reflecting the high level of skill and precision demonstrated by the pilot. Overall, the landing was a textbook example of a well-executed approach and touchdown, with the aircraft responding smoothly and predictably to the pilot's inputs.
