Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,532 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,532 ft of the 7,164 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 2,429 ft past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Embraer E190 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Vnukovo International Airport, taking approximately 1 minute and covering less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 19, with a takeoff distance of 6,923 feet, which accounted for 69% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 164 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of 49°F temperature and a wind speed of 3 knots at 169 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, while the headwind was 3 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Annino, Moscow Oblast, Russia, where the aircraft climbed from 1,291 feet above sea level to 30,230 feet above sea level, an increase of 28,939 feet in 25 minutes, covering 143 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 4 miles east of Selizharovo, Tverskaya Oblast', Russia, and lasted for 239 minutes, covering 1,738 nautical miles. The aircraft then underwent another enroute climb, this time from 31,953 feet above sea level to 35,787 feet above sea level, an increase of 3,834 feet in 2 minutes, covering 49 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise resumed 37 minutes later, starting at a latitude of 57.7454761 and a longitude of -23.0970792, and lasted for 37 minutes, covering 1,083 nautical miles.
The aircraft then underwent another enroute climb, this time from 34,941 feet above sea level to 36,794 feet above sea level, an increase of 1,853 feet in 3 minutes, covering 97 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise resumed 34 minutes later, starting 23 miles south east of CCZ2 Rigolet Airport Rigolet, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and lasted for 34 minutes, covering 829 nautical miles.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its descent from 37,920 feet above sea level to 3,065 feet above sea level, a decrease of 34,855 feet in 19 minutes, covering 75 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise resumed 6 minutes later, starting 3 miles south east of Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States, and lasted for 6 minutes, covering 9 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 23 at KPVD Theodore Francis Green State Airport was from the north east, with a heading of 212.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,483 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 23 was completed, with a touchdown point 1,032 feet beyond the touchdown zone. The touchdown speed was 120 knots, which was fast, while the touchdown rate was fair at -202 feet per minute.
The total landing distance was 5,235 feet, accounting for 73% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 25 feet from the centreline. The aircraft then taxiied to the parking area from the runway, taking approximately 3 minutes and covering less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 4,030 nautical miles, taking 374 minutes, and the aircraft used 40,988 pounds of fuel.
The Embraer E190 aircraft successfully landed at KPVD Theodore Francis Green State Airport, but with some areas for improvement. The final approach was initiated from the north east, heading 212.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,483 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft touched down on runway 23, which has a length of 7,164 feet.
However, there were some discrepancies in the landing performance. The threshold height at 62 feet agl was above the target, indicating that the aircraft may have been slightly high on its approach. Additionally, the threshold speed was too high at 130 knots, which could have contributed to the high touchdown speed. The touchdown point was 1,032 feet beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed of 120 knots was faster than ideal.
Despite these issues, the touchdown rate was fair at -202 feet per minute (fpm), and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 66°F and a headwind of 12 knots at 230°. The crosswind was relatively light at 4 knots.
The total landing distance was 5,235 feet, which is 73% of the runway length. While this is not excessively long, it does indicate that the aircraft could have benefited from a more precise approach and touchdown. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 25 feet from the centreline, which may have been due to the high touchdown speed and subsequent loss of control.
Overall, the Embraer E190 aircraft demonstrated a good level of proficiency in landing at KPVD Theodore Francis Green State Airport, but there are areas for improvement in terms of approach and touchdown performance. With some adjustments to the approach and touchdown technique, the aircraft could achieve a higher level of accuracy and efficiency. The final score of 87.5% reflects the aircraft's overall performance, but also highlights the need for further refinement in certain areas.
