Overall, it sounds like there were several areas that went well during the aircraft landing, such as the good heading alignment and speed during the Approach Phase, excellent touchdown rate and on-target speed during the Touchdown Phase, and the good distance and runway alignment during the Touchdown Phase.
However, there were some areas that could use improvement. The poor descent path above glideslope limit and high threshold height during the Approach Phase, as well as the very poor landing flare and poor runway alignment during the Rollout Phase, are areas that need attention.
