Maintain the centreline
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,946 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 713 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, it sounds like there were some positive aspects to the aircraft landing but also some areas that could use improvement. It's great that the heading alignment and speed during the Approach Phase were on target, and the touchdown rate was excellent during the Touchdown Phase. However, the poor descent path below glideslope limit and low threshold height during the Landing Phase, as well as the poor landing flare and off runway alignment during the Rollout Phase are areas that need to be addressed.
To improve the landing, it's recommended to work on maintaining a better descent path and threshold height, as well as improving the landing flare and runway alignment. Practicing these elements during simulated landings or with the help of a flight instructor can help improve your overall landing performance. Remember to always prioritize safety and communication with air traffic control during the landing process. With practice and attention to detail, you can continue to improve your skills and have smoother landings in the future. Keep up the good work!
