Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.

The rest of the report
The aircraft taxied from the parking area to runway 24L at LEBL Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport in 20 minutes, covering 3 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 24L, the takeoff run measured 4,103 ft, representing 46 % of the runway length, and the aircraft lifted off at 154 kt. Ambient conditions were 38 °F with a wind of 8 kt from 280°, including a 5 kt crosswind component and a 7 kt headwind component.
Climb commenced one mile south of LEBL, with the aircraft ascending from 983 ft asl to 29,995 ft asl, a gain of 29,012 ft achieved in 18 minutes while covering 114 nm.
Cruise began 19 nm east of Tamariu and continued for 163 minutes, during which the flight traversed 1,258 nm at level altitude.
Descent was initiated two miles southwest of Valjala (Saaremaa, Estonia), with the aircraft descending from 29,999 ft asl to 1,471 ft asl, a loss of 28,528 ft over 21 minutes and a distance of 109 nm.
The final approach to runway 26 at EETN Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport was flown from the east on a heading of 270.0°, intercepting the approach at 4 nm and 1,330 ft agl.
Landing on runway 26, which is 11,336 ft long, occurred with a threshold height of 103 ft agl that was noted as excessively over target and a threshold speed of 134 kt, slightly below target. Touchdown was recorded 2,673 ft beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 115 kt, with a vertical rate of minus 265 fpm and very good alignment.
Runway rollout covered a total distance of 5,254 ft, equivalent to 46 % of the runway, and the alignment during rollout was described as very good.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area in 7 minutes, traveling 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 1,492 nm, required 222 minutes of airborne time, and consumed 22,175 lb of fuel.
The Boeing 737-800 completed the final approach to runway 26 at EETN Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport from the east, tracking a heading of 270.0° at 4 nm and 1,330 ft AGL. The approach was assessed as stabilised at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope and centreline all within limits, and the aircraft entered the final segment in temperature 33 °F, wind 8 kt from 280°, a 1 kt cross-wind component and an 8 kt head-wind.
During the threshold and flare phase the threshold height was excessively over target at 103 ft AGL, while the threshold speed was slightly below target at 134 kt.
Touchdown occurred 2,673 ft beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 115 kt judged good, a touchdown rate fair at minus 265 fpm, and runway touchdown alignment described as very good.
The rollout used a total landing distance of 5,254 ft, representing 46 % of the 11,336 ft runway, and runway rollout alignment was very good.
Minor refinements should focus on reducing the flare height to bring the threshold height closer to target and adjusting the touchdown point toward the 1,000 ft aim point to optimise landing distance. Aligning speed more closely with the target will also help maintain the overall good score of 80.4 %.
