Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,001 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 218 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a quick taxiing process from the parking area to the runway, taking less than a minute and covering less than a nautical mile. The aircraft, a Cessna 208B, then departed from runway 28 at GMTT Tangier Ibn Battuta Airport. The takeoff distance was 162 meters, which is 5% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 79 knots, and the local weather conditions were characterized by a temperature of 16°C, a wind speed of 1 knot at 270°, with no crosswind and a headwind of 1 knot.
As the aircraft climbed out of the airport, it began its enroute climb 1 mile west of GMTT Tangier Ibn Battuta Airport. The climb started from an altitude of 967 feet above sea level and reached 6,674 feet above sea level, an increase of 5,707 feet in just 5 minutes, covering a distance of 7 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise then started 2 miles south of Tangier, lasting 65 minutes and covering 188 nautical miles.
The aircraft then began its enroute descent 14 miles west of Oujda-Angad Airport, descending from 6,609 feet above sea level to 5,509 feet above sea level, a decrease of 1,100 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 5 nautical miles. Another level cruise then started 9 miles west of Oujda-Angad Airport, lasting 2 minutes and covering 5 nautical miles. The final descent started 6 miles southwest of Oujda-Angad Airport, descending from 5,506 feet above sea level to 2,780 feet above sea level, a decrease of 2,726 feet in 6 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 31 at GMFO Oujda Angads Airport was made from the southeast, heading 311.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,274 feet above ground level. The landing was successful, with a touchdown distance of 216 meters, a touchdown speed of 62 knots, and a touchdown rate of -396 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.6 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 15°C, a wind speed of 1 knot at 269°, with a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 1 knot.
The total landing distance was 1,042 meters, which is 35% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing process from the runway to the parking area took 7 minutes and covered 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 223 nautical miles, taking 92 minutes, and the aircraft used 329 kilograms of fuel.
The Cessna 208B aircraft successfully landed at GMFO Oujda Angads Airport, achieving a high score of 97.9%. The final approach to runway 31 was conducted from the south east, with a heading of 311.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,274 feet above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The threshold speed was also satisfactory at 64 knots, demonstrating the pilot's ability to manage the aircraft's speed during the landing phase. The touchdown distance of 216 meters was within acceptable limits, and the touchdown speed of 62 knots was also good, indicating a controlled and stable approach.
However, there was a slight deviation in the runway touchdown position, with the aircraft landing 3.6 meters off-centerline. This may be attributed to factors such as wind or pilot error, but it did not significantly impact the overall landing performance.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 15°C and a wind speed of 1 knot from 269°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind and headwind component, making the landing conditions relatively straightforward.
The total landing distance of 1,042 meters was 35% of the runway length, which is within acceptable limits. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase and was able to bring the aircraft to a stop in a stable and controlled manner.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the pilot demonstrated good skills and control during the approach and landing phases. However, the slight deviation in the runway touchdown position is an area for improvement.
