Improve the pattern crosswind leg
Each lap slightly wider and higher than the last, because you're unconsciously using the previous lap as your reference instead of the runway and the numbers. Invisible lap to lap, unmistakable across ten. This is the failure that only measurement catches, because your memory of lap three is gone by lap eight.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate for a circuit: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate is an instrument-approach check and does not apply. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The aircraft departed from runway 23 at EHGG Groningen Airport Eelde, executing a departure roll that required 415 m, representing 17 % of the available runway. Liftoff was achieved at 67 kt. Ambient conditions were 15 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 270°, including a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt head-wind component.
After takeoff the pilot entered a left-hand pattern from runway 23, covering 1 nm in 19 seconds.
The subsequent left-hand pattern cross-wind leg was flown for less than 1 nm and required 23 seconds to complete.
The downwind leg of the pattern extended 2 nm and was completed in 92 seconds.
During the base-leg turn the aircraft flew 1 nm while turning to a 45-degree heading, achieving an angle to the runway of 18.9°.
On final approach to runway 23 the aircraft descended from 410 ft AGL to 67 ft AGL in 47 seconds and met the stabilisation gate criteria.
Landing was performed on runway 23, whose length is 2 490 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 73 kt, touchdown occurred 368 m down the runway at 54 kt, and the vertical speed at touchdown was minus 290 fpm. Runway alignment at touchdown was perfect, and the same weather conditions as earlier prevailed.
The rollout continued with perfect alignment; the total landing distance measured 541 m, equivalent to 22 % of the runway length.
In total the flight covered 7 nm, required approximately 5 minutes, and consumed 1 kg of fuel.
The Diamond DA40 made a final approach to runway 23 at EHGG Groningen Airport Eelde, descending from 410 ft agl to 67 ft agl in 47 seconds and receiving a stabilisation-gate score.
At threshold the aircraft presented a good threshold height and a good threshold speed of 73 kt.
Touchdown occurred 368 m down the runway at a good speed of 54 kt, with a fair vertical rate of minus 290 fpm and perfect runway-touchdown alignment.
The rollout covered a total landing distance of 541 m, representing 22 % of the 2 490 m runway, with perfect rollout alignment; local weather was 15 °C, wind 2 kt from 270°, crosswind 1 kt and headwind 2 kt.
To refine the already strong performance, attention should be given to reducing the touchdown vertical rate by fine-tuning the flare height and timing, which will produce a softer landing while preserving the excellent speed and alignment already achieved.
